This freshman seminar course will prepare students to learn, think about, and analyze a wide range of global issues taking place in today’s world. Students will learn how these large issues affect everyone on a personal level, on a community level, national level, and international level. Students will learn about actions being taken now to address these issues, and their own important role in addressing these problems as well. Readings are drawn from CFR Education resources (formerly World101) and other sources, and a creative final project uses CFR Education.
