Kat Duffy, senior fellow for digital and cyberspace policy at CFR, and Elaine C. Kamarck, senior fellow in governance studies and director of the Center for Effective Public Management at the Brookings Institution, will lead the conversation on technology and electoral dynamics in Election 2024.
